There are many definitions of innovation, which is a very general issue today. Succinctly it expresses a creative process of new ideas that can generate changes in all the organizational system of a company if exploited properly. An innovation process may include important changes in all sectors of a business organization.
Thus the sustained management of innovationis already considered vital.

However, in Brazil this reality does not seem to stride from the competitive point of view. The National Confederation of Industry (CNI) has launched the 3rd Brazilian Congress of Innovation in Industry (2009) in Sao Paulo, the manifest "Innovation: Building the Future" which aims to establish a goal for the private sector to duplicate the number of innovative companies the next four years.
I believe the main goal is to convince managers and partners of companies about the benefits of innovation. This can be done through lectures and seminaries in order to make them aware. If innovation is future, let us arm in arm.
